My name’s Rachel and I’m a junior majoring in Journalism and Electronic Media with a concentration in Media Management. I am looking forward to pursuing a career in the buzzing world of social media.
This is my second time abroad, and I came to Cyprus because I thought it would be an out-of-the-ordinary place, (getting an amazing tan was also a major factor too). I actually like history and I am inspired as a writer by listening to stories, and learning a new culture. My journey here is influenced by this article I read for history class: “A World Not Neatly Divided.”
I’m a typical “pink-aholic” Southern girl, and I proudly adore the frills in life. I dragged 93 pounds of luggage to Cyprus from my home in Nashville. I appreciate the little things and believe they are what makes life the greatest.
